Creating a more modern space

About Me

Creating a more modern space

We've just started up a medical practise, and we need to redecorate our space to make it look modern and sleek. The building we are moving into was vacant for a while before we moved in, and it looks a bit dated and old. One of the first things we did was remove all of the old wallpaper and replace it with a nice clean layer of semi-sheen paint, and it's made such a huge difference already. This blog has the whole decorating project, as I thought it might be useful for other business administrators and business owners looking to redecorate.

3 Bathroom Paint Colors That Will Make You Feel Refreshed

Are you looking for a way to make your bathroom feel refreshed and new? Painting the walls can be a great way to do this on a budget. Here are three colours that can have a positive effect on your mood.

Blue

When it comes to painting your bathroom, there are endless colour options to choose from. But if you want a hue that is calming and relaxing, blue is the way to go. The cool blue tones can help create a serene atmosphere in your bathroom, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

In addition, blue is an incredibly versatile colour that can be paired with various design styles. For instance, if you have a more traditional bathroom, painting the walls a light blue can give it a fresh and modern update. Or, if you're going for a coastal vibe, opt for a brighter shade of blue.

No matter your style, there's a blue out there that will work for you. So if you want to give your bathroom a makeover, consider painting it blue. It's sure to create a tranquil space that you'll enjoy for years to come.

Green

You might not think that the colour of your bathroom has much impact on your day-to-day life, but certain colours can affect our mood and well-being. For example, green is a calming colour associated with nature and peace. So, if you want to create a more relaxing environment in your bathroom, painting it green is a great place to start.

In addition to promoting a sense of tranquillity, green can also help to create an illusion of space. If your bathroom is on the small side, green walls will help to make it feel larger and more open.

And if you're looking for a colour that will never go out of style, green is always a good choice. Whether you want to paint your entire bathroom green or add a few accent walls, you can create a space that feels calm, inviting, and spacious.

Yellow

Yellow is a colour that is associated with happiness and optimism. If you want to add a little bit of sunshine to your life, painting your bathroom yellow is a great way to do it. The cheerful hue can lift your spirits and add a touch of whimsy to your space.

But while yellow is a happy colour, use it sparingly in your bathroom. Too much yellow can be overwhelming and even stressful.

So, if you want to paint your bathroom yellow, consider using it as an accent colour. A few yellow walls will add a pop of colour and personality to your bathroom without being too over-the-top.

Whether you're looking for a calming blue, a happy yellow, or a tranquil green, painting your bathroom can be a great way to refresh your space. These three colours can add a touch of beauty and peace to your bathroom, making it a space you'll want to spend time in. So if you're ready for a change, consider giving your bathroom a fresh coat of paint.
